After a month of not having to do a podcast we are back for ep 10. It is a podcast duo tonight Van could not make today but the show must go on. We talk about the Crossfit games and highlights of our crossfit adventure. For the games section we talk about a game called Pokemon Go some other games we played. Then we ended the night with some of our recommendations. Its good to be recording again. We are going to try to record regularly again. Hope you all enjoy.
